Quest has successfully transitioned to the ISO 27001:2022 standard.

ISO 27001 is a globally recognised standard for information security. Achieving this certification demonstrates that Quest effectively manages information security risks and maintains a robust, compliant information security management system.

Quest has been ISO 27001 certified since 2016. As part of the recent transition and recertification audit, Quest was formally assessed by Amtivo, an internationally accredited certification body.

Based on the evidence reviewed, the Lead Assessor determined that Quest's management system fully meets the requirements for a successful transition to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

As part of this standard, Quest has:

  • Systematic examination of information security risks, threats, vulnerabilities and impacts
  • A coherent suite of information security controls and risk treatment plans
  • An overarching management process to keep controls aligned with ongoing security needs

“We believe that ISO 27001 certification is critical in the environment in which we operate and it is essential we have these processes in place to safeguard our customer's data. This new certification emphasizes Quest's core values of commitment, reliability and excellence. It confirms that companies and organisations can trust and rely on us to keep their information and data 100% secure.”
