ISO 27001 certification

We are delighted to announce that Quest has recently been re-certified for the Information Security standard ISO 27001:2013.
We are incredibly proud of the team for the hard work and commitment to excellence to achieve this milestone!

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized Information Security Management System standard. Certification is a guarantee that the Organization is capable of managing risks related to Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information. Quest has been an ISO 27001:2013 certified organization since 2016. As part of Re-certification process, we have been formally assessed by Certification Europe, an internationally accredited

Certification body based in Dublin and deemed to comply with the requirements of this standard, meaning;

  • We systematically examine our information security risks, taking account of threats, vulnerabilities and impacts.
  • We have designed and implemented a coherent and comprehensive suite of information security controls and risk treatment plans to address any unacceptable risks.
  • We have adopted an overarching management process to ensure that the information security controls continue to meet our information security needs on an ongoing basis.

Commenting on the certification, Steve Wilson, Managing Director said,

“We believe that ISO 27001 certification is critical in the environment in which we operate and it is essential we have these processes in place to safeguard our customer’s data. This new certification emphasizes Quest’s core values of commitment, reliability and excellence. It confirms that companies and organisations can trust and rely on us to keep their information and data 100% secure.”
